It does seem odd to me, since this &quot;competition&quot; is for naught more than questionable bragging rights -- and since, clearly, neither one of us are going to survive being thrashed by Molly and Hank. :-)<BR/><BR/>Anyway -- I thought I&#39;d go ahead and respond to your concerns, since you seem so passionate about them. If you listen from 0:23 to 2:02, I think you&#39;ll agree that I did in fact write a stand-alone song using exactly ten words that ran longer than 1:15.<BR/><BR/>Now -- you wrote that &quot;the whole difficulty of the challenge was trying to do something with JUST those ten words, and no ability to set it up or elaborate.&quot; The question that then comes to mind is whether you have a problem with people who &quot;set up&quot; their songs in the _title_. (I&#39;m not talking about BucketHat, which is clearly tongue-in-cheek -- but how about Paul &amp; Storm? Ian? Mike? Hazen?) There are people who went outside of their ten-word allowance to title their song, much as I went outside of my ten words to intro my song. As a &quot;by-the-book [person] who likes rules,&quot; are you okay with that?<BR/><BR/>Understand -- I&#39;m not at all bent out of shape about this. I had a great time creating this song and meeting this challenge. And I don&#39;t begrudge you your opinion. (I also don&#39;t plan on defending myself in any other forum.)
